Are there any good places online that custom build good PCs?
Should I just build my own?

My Advice is ! Buy A NOT standard one!
Configure It yourself!
let some expert help TBH
Cause You can screw it really up man!

Seriously though, you should find someone to build it for you. Prefferable a person you trust and know.
I would say a 9800 is a good Medium class video card at the moment, its gone quite cheap, and it works quite well.
