Lookin just to switch some of the main stuff. This computer was originally bought from gateway (long story, parents bought it, gotta good deal, but i upgraded it alot so its pretty tight) but I'm lookin to get the AMD X2 3800+ (core isnt extremely important but preferred clawhammer), a new motherboard w/obviously the socket 939 that accepts athlon x2's, ddr400, & 8sata slots b/c im big on h/d's, another gig of ram, and a good pci-e graphics card. Now, I've been lookin myself for about a week, and its an understatement to say that there are alot of places to buy out there. And I'm always lookin for the best bang for my buck so if anyone can help that'd be tight. I know of some good sites, like zipzoomfly is prolly one of the best online places to buy. I personally dont' like tiger direct too much b/c of their mail-in-rebates n sh*t. But yeah, its just hard now-a-days. Price compare sites aren't always the best either, idk. Oh yeah, just lookin to spend over-all around 600 bones. Less is best.
