http://pandora.com/ You type in a band or song name and it finds and plays other stuff that it thinks youll like. It actually learns to some extent as well. (it plays something gay and you tell it that it sucks and trys to play other stuff) I screwed around it for a coupla minutes and it actually played some good sh*t that i have never heard of before. The audio quality isnt that great. I only f*cked with it for a coupla songs, but found the music to be adware free and not annoying. It has its limitations as you cant skip a bunch of songs or rewind, but i found the stuff that it thought id like pretty interesting.


Edit: It asks you to register after a while ......... = Gay

Very nice. Good to use in conjunction with Allmusic.com where you can look up info about the band that is playing. I've found at least 5 bands I need to check out so far...

edit: pretty cool that is free to sign up sound quality isn't bad at all.. You can't bring it up to 100db perhaps but good enough when you're sitting by teh comp. me likes...

Yeah I'm getting addicted.. it's like a personal Jukebox / DJ. You can personalize your 'station' so much, it knows exactly what you want to hear after a while.
