For those of us who are into overclocking, we know that the biggest problem encountered is keeping your components cool. Air is alright, water is pricy, phase shift is rediculous ($800-$1500). But OCZ is releasing a new Phase Shift cooling system that will retail for $299 and hopefully drop down to $200 soon after that!

Anyone who doesn't know what phase shift is...it's pretty much a freezer for your computer. They had an Athlon FX-57 (2.8GHz) overclocked to 3.2GHz and running at -25 degrees celcius while under load. That means that you could probably push that same processor...to over 4GHz if you dared...probably higher really. With temps that low you've got a pretty large ceiling!

thats just for you processor tho right? so you would need another for your vid card and case assuming its compatiable. thatsl ike 600-900 bucks just to keep it cool. could just buy a processor thats already running at that speed under warranty for that price.

Shadow.......do you have a condensation problem with that thing? If not, is it sealed and insulated? Ive used watercooling/peltier combo and the thing got soo cold it would condense and drip water all over the place. What I used was a back-in-the day type deal and severely afro-rigged compared to the stuff they have now. I'd like to do something like that again, but puddles of water inside your case is not fun.
