DVD shrink is the shiznit. I can make an exact copy of a full dvd in 20 minutes. (using a different source drive) Make sure you are not shrinking the file or itll encode it and itll take forever. Use DVD shrink, take out all the subtitles, other language sh*t, make sure itll fit and do not shrink the file.

still even w/o all of that stuff, u might have to shrink the dvd. and btw, all the new dvd's that r coming out have encryption so u cant use just shrink to backup ur dvd's. but other than that, dvd shrink 3.2 is one of the best programs out ther for backing up dvds you own.

I used ICOPY DVD Standard (Sells for like $29.99) and get DVD43 off the internet to unencrypt the DVD. Makes full back up copies with menu and special features however it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending upon the content of the DVD. Stopped using it though because as of lately the new DVDs take a lot longer and some wouldnt copy like Madagascar.

It probably is going to be out of date soon because the new copyright stuff either takes a long time to rip and burn or you cant rip the DVD at all. Works great on older DVDs though.

DVD DECRYPTER

Yeah, use DVD Decrypter. That is what I use. For a while, I was just using DVD Shrink to rip the movies, but that wasn't working. DVD Decrypter does whatever it needs to do to get rid of the copy protection. Then use DVD Shrink to make it go on a single layer disc.

Once i got the use DVD Decrypter first, then shrink process down, I have only failed one burn, out of about... a lot... 200? hah...
