You only tell the difference, if you are a master at that photoshopping, and use it all the time.

Nah, if you've used 7.0 and tried 5.0 after it, you'd feel like you traded an alienware for $300 Gateway. 7.0 and higher are your best bets, below that, the usefullness of the program drops off a lot.

Thats not what i said.
I didnt say go down versions. I said if you dont use it that much, you can use the older versions just fine. theyd have anything you would need. However, if you spend some time on it, and actually know a lot of the things and how to do them, then, obviously, it will make a huge difference.
