wasn't sure where to post this, so move it if it needs it

so i've been playing cs a couple weeks, and i jump on fishtank (ff server)...and proceed to kill half my team. my score was NEGATIVE. so i asked on chat, "how do i turn friendly fire off?" and someone was kind enough to respond, "F10". so i did.
