My choke has been very high for the last for days. It causes a sh*t load of lag. Any ideas on how to fix this? Ive already done spyware and antivirus scans.

Try turning off your wall hacks you hacker. :9: JK, I have no clue, and this post has no real purpose. Just ignore me.

Try lowering your rate a little bit. I haven't seen my choke above 0 untill the last few days, but I tested my modem from work and got some packet loss due to signal flapping. Is your ISP cable?? If so hit me up and I'll tell you how to get a hold of the people that work there and know what they are doing.

you guys are nubs! billy if i forget something fill it in, you set your rate to 25000. you set your "cl_cmd rate" to default,(just type in the comand with no value and it will tell you the default). i think there is one more but i think your prob is the cl_cmd rate is to low. or your ma_rate is to low. both will choke you sh*t out. the choke should be at 0-2 at all times.
