Hey guys. I'm not sure if it's been posted on these forums, but there is an awesome plugin for firefox called foxytunes. With it you can control whatever media player you have open from firefox.

Get it here:
http://www.foxytunes.org/firefox/

When you install the plugin, you can find the controls in the lower left corner of the firefox window.
Enjoy!

Yes, it is cool. Although I'm having trouble getting it to work with Windows Media Player. WinAmp and iTunes work like a charm though. Everyone should get this!

Doesn't support Sonic Stage. So I won't even bother with it. And plus. I'm not lazy to a point where I can't click a tab on my task bar, do what I need with my media player, and then go back to firefox.

I started using this a while back, it's nearly perfect. The only issue I ever came across while using it was the fact that if I closed the media player using it's native controls, FoxyTunes re-opened application. Thus, Firefox had to be closed before the media player.
