All of the Unreal Tournament servers have a IRC support for chat, I was wondering if there is a way to get a 3rd party program of some type so if people want to talk on the server but not play or spectate they just have to connect and talk. I don't know if this can be done but it has been done on UT servers. Would be great to have and I know for a fact if it was using IRC some how I would be using it.
