I am currently looking for a good source to download music that is reliable and free of bs(spyware, trojans,spam..ect.) I dont really care if its free, subscription, legal, not legal. Just looking for guidance.

bearshare is what i use, and haven't had any problems with any of the 3500 songs i've downloaded

you just need to run adware after you install it, then you'll never see the ad stuff again

I have Kazaa and Limewire and have never had a problem.

lol.... all those apps will cause spyware, adware, trojans, etc on your system, for the n00bs that use kazza lite and think its OK, it isnt, you are still the #1 targetted source for p2p, the most fake files, the most idiots, and the most STUPID p2p system ever invented....

that crap is the worst to install because of all the spyware and stuff...

I use Limewire Professional................. Ive never had any problems out of the software being a spyware wh*re. But alas it uses the gnutella network, so just be wary when downloading files. But for music you should be fine with Limewire. I cant say for the free version of limewire as ive never used it.

winmx= no spyware low resources, ares= good files quick downloads, bit torrent = god of full album sets

something thats meant to be free, even if its 2 cents, is bullsh*t

especially when somebody can pay NOTHING and download over 3000 songs.
