I thought this was kinda funny and f*cked up at the same time.

On one hand, it makes sense to know whether the immigrants that we choose to let in this country are following the (immigration) laws, its still kinda f*cked up.

True, but the problem is that when illegal immigrants get caught, (believe it or not) they dont show up to court. This is our stupid fault for having sh*t setup like this. BUT, a device like this would solve the problem.

If they used a device like this they should plant one on every ILLEGAL immigrant they find. This way we know if they are in our country illegally or not. (plant it way up inside their asshole so its hard to dig out)

There are much better ways of dealing with the issue than this; but if they did I would support it.


Both my mom and dad came here right off the boat (50+ years ago) and waited 5 f*ckin years to come to this country legally.....

it would only make more pain in the ass for people who tries to legally getting into this country. i don't think illegal entries will be affected by this type of protection a little bit.

For example copy protections on the game cds. they are only stopping people like me who buy games originally and wan to have a backup copy (which i totally have the right to do according the laws). People who uses cracked versions still finds them and use them. it's just a frustration for people who buys the original.

It took 3 years to get my greencard, and only god knows what I have been gone through. I had to work for Turkey since I didn't have permission to work here in US. Entering US & having a job legally is more harder than entering illegally and that is the problem. They should make laws that will stop people hiring them or increase the current penalties for hiring illegal aliens. Then you will see some improvement right there.

Problem is is that we let in some 15 million people before we realized that we should do something about it. Now you either completely f*ck those people which have families here, or deal with all the socioeconomic problems that come from having a ton of undocumented workers in your contry.

yeah, US definately needs some new worker visa type, or something similar for temporary jobs. Plus I have no idea how illegal immigrants can survive in this country. You can't use the bathroom without your social security number in US. it is obivous they can find a job and live without problem even if their visa and work authorization is expired. That means some people out there providing jobs to unauthorized workers. See there is an economy established out there relies on those people. the current system could actualy work, because you can't have a job without a Employement Authorization Card which must be approved by NSA and has to be renewed every year. But as long as there are people out there providing them jobs, they will come. Either through mine fields, or swimming, or shot through human canon across the border. They should remove the swamp instead killing mosquitos one by one.

I don' think they would ever implement it. It would be easier just to enforece penalties against people who give jobs to undocumented immigrants (I don't use Illegal becasue technically it is not, which is what the whole recent events in the news is about they want to make it illegel witht that bill in the Senate).

Plus all the money the people caught hiring undocument immigrants would have the fine go towards state funding or federal (whatever, less taxes i have pay).

I think they are even working on the system to impliment it. As the employer you have to enter their social security number and if you give a fake ( or they do) and the goverment finds out then the will take the federal boot and . . .

Some undocumented workers who have fake social security numbers do pay taxes but get no benefit from Social Security, Medicare, or Medicade. Which people always argue that point. "Look these people are nice, tax paying people like you and me." To that i normally say,

"but not all pay taxes and those that do pay taxes however benifical that may seen really isn't becuase they draw more from the goverment by not having insurance, cramping already burden schools, and what happens when their kids get to college and can't apply for financial aid becuase you brought them into a country without a social security number they become a dependent of the state. That just ends up leaving a bigger burden upon the government to pick up the slack, which comes out of your's and mine pocketbooks. I am all for penalities and building a wall."



Hell if China built a wall why can't we.

They are just numbers that people haven't been given yet or are already been given but that person has died. Undocumented immigrants merely step in and start it's use. The government never really minded that much becuase they were getting tax money but now they are afraid of people coming in and doing terrorist stuff.

Which is kind of funny becuase the people who entered the US came from Canada. Who would have thought that. Damn french. lol joking.

But yeah im for some big walls, harsh penalities, and kicking people out. Don't get me wrong immigration is a good thing for America . . . as long it is legal

People who say that we need to get rid of all the illegals are ignorant and need to realize facts about how our food industry works. The only thing we really can do about it is spread those green cards like flyers, because it's good for the economy.
Sorry if I have insulted anyone who has high hopes of some day becoming a farm hand who sleeps out in the fields. I sure as hell wouldn't want to do that. Simple fact is though, without them we just can't maintain our current lifestyle (which btw I don't think we should).

That's also the reason you pay $10 for groceries instead of $20. Like I said, our economy can't handle 2X dollars for shopping, since we are f*cking hooked on shopping, as a nation.
And besides, Illegals get NOTHING in return, what the hell you talking about healthcare and education?? They get none of that, lard-ass lazy americans on wellfare do however.

Now I do agree that illegals have a negative impact on "unskilled" Americans. But they are not out of a job by any means, there will always be demand for heavy/inconvenient labor. Legal Americans have rights however, minimum wage for example. Illegals work for less than this, making the products you buy cheaper.

A sudden influx in prices would make our economy come crashing down, especially since the skyrocketing gas prices.
The last thing we need is a 1930's style depression, unskilled workers be damned (I'm borderline socialist, mind you, but the economy of our country is holding the world as we know it together, thus more important than any tax/wage issue).

If you don't think illegal immigrants get healthcare or education, move to Southern California. A hospital will NOT refuse services to anyone. If an illegal has a kid here, their children goto school for free, regardless if they have a SS# or not.

I have lived all over the US, and you dont really see the problem till you move to an area like soCal. The problem is everywhere.

And dont get me wrong, lazy ass american piss me off even more than illegal immigrants. Im not mad at the immigrant (I can't blame them) I blame the laws. As far as lazy ass americans go, I blame both.

Hospitals won't refuse services to anyone in an emergency situation of life and death, but healthcare is more than that, I doubt they have dental plans etc.. I do realize that offspring of illegals get the full package however, citizenship included.
The laws of immigration need alot of work, I agree, but to inject a radio tag into every mexican on the street is not going to fix anything. As you said, it's the laws not the immigrants themselves that are the problem. All I meant to say was that we need to tread carefully since there is ALOT at stake. These "evict all illegal immigrants!" numbnuts just piss me off, 'cause if there is one thing I hate in this world, it's ignorance. Especially when ignorance threatens the foundations of society.
