After reading about all the drama today I started thinking about why I play on these servers. I just want to let you all know the reasons I still play here after over a year. I'll tell you guys what, I love getting on after putting up with the daily grind. There is always someone that I've played with before on and ready to give me a little hell about my gameplay ( or lack there of). You have no Idea how much I love to laugh my ass off after killing the same guy 4+ rounds in a row, and they start b*tchin' about it. Or most days when I am the one getting the sh*t beat outta my by just about everyone. And vent just adds to the good time. I guess I could go to other servers, but why??? This place is like a home away from home. Sure some of the old school guys are gone, but there are some great guys comming aboard. So just to let you all know I love you man, one and all (nohomo). Except you Gaara (homo)

I choose to be a part of this community because BoSS servers are some of the best run servers anywhere. Spammers/cheaters get dealt with around here real quick-like.

The majority of the community is older and more mature than the average gamer. Sure some stupid sh*t goes down every once in awhile but really; who the f*ck cares? What I do care about is playing with a bunch of other idiots that enjoy the games and forums as much as I do.

This is the first community I have ever been involved in and it will be the last.

Sure theres a bunch of members in BoSS, but theres at least a dozen folks that I play with all the time. These folks know who they are and I think they would agree that WE HAVE A f*ckIN BLAST playin the game, sharing stupid links, talking sh*t and so forth.

No one will ever out knife me. The ONLY reason I get knifed is cuz I go after people with like 5 health. If you'd like to challange me to a one on one knife fight, I'd be more than happy to school your ass.

i play on boss and pay for admin cause i like alot of the other admins and the players,
plus i have to admite that shadow does make vent funnier than hell somenites and well yeah admin abuse

Yeah, I love playing on the BoSS servers too. The rules, while sometimes strict, keep the action happening and the rounds quick so waiting is minimal. The people who play are usually in a good mood and love to play around. There's no bullsh*t like on other servers (I've seen the DBK servers completely spammed through microphones and chat at least three times) because the restrictions and rules are just right. Admins are responsible. And Vent is really fun. Hell, even when everyone in the channel is making fun of me, I laugh with them because it's so fun. This is the first community where I could give 25+ people AIDS or marijuana in a video game and hear their reactions. This is why I pay for BoSS. Not just because I can slap someone 50 feet into the air at the end of a round if they puss out of a knife fight. It's because I like the fun of this community that I choose to donate.

Eh drama is gonna happen in any community where the people play/talk together a lot and semi get to know each other. It's inevitable, and I've seen much, much worse than what we have on occassion here in BoSS.

If it wasn't for BoSS/vent I probably wouldn't even still play Counter-Strike. It's freak like you though Inertia that keep me coming back in here day after day. Fun to play with, and even more fun to pwn.

I love to play here.

No snipes, no flashbangs, no myg0t (love that autoban), good admins, good ppl, and a WHOLE lot orf shooting. Knife at snowman FTW. We have the Dream Team, we have noobs, and we have good ppl too. We like to play drunk . We're willing to accept someone who's new to the game and server if they'll accept us and our rules and beliefs.

And there's forgiveness.

AAAAAAND burning idiots. Can't forget that.

Basically, this place is the bomb, and we try to keep it that way.
