I know some of you are having a problem with Ventrilo / and some games you play, so this is a fix which should help you.
Goto Setup on vent: Misc -> put your Ventrilo Processor Priority to High, Click OK, restart Vent and all should be good.

This was mainly an issue with Titan Quest, which people don't play much anymore.
Expansion pack is coming soon though so it may be an issue once again... closed for now.
