Can't think of any more... not a big horror fan really.
If you're just looking for gore though; any of Peter Jackson's early movies (Braindead, Meet the Feebles, Bad Taste). All good sh*t

i found hostel more as a thriller than horror.. but didnt think it was scary. just a dumb gorefest.

Killer Clowns from outerspace(dumb yes, but graphic for its time)
and the Amityvill house(those yellow eyes in the window, f*cking still freak me out to this day)

No. "Dead Alive" is the US cut version of Braindead, most people consider Braindead the bloodiest movie ever made. Maybe not the sickest, but the bloodiest.Ichi the Killer.
