Unfortunately changing user max from 10,000 to 5,000 results in a loss of all data currently stored... which is dumb, but whatever, im not changing it again, so anyone with a bad rank can now re-set it and see how it goes from there.
Stats on CSS 1, 2 and 3 now reset.

just curious, what does user max 10,000 to 5,000 actually do?
sounds like it will reset all ranks again when it reaches a total of 5,000 users. Not sure if that how it works.

I think it will not pick anyone above that, but then again I am not certain.....
but I think the only reason it reset was because it was above the limit and I had lowered it, so thus it deleted the stats.
