I don't know how most of you guys feel when it comes down to this, but whenever I'm playing OfficeWorld or Aim_Shotty or pretty much any map on the gun game server, I'm generally finding myself getting blocked which results in me dying or blocking someone else. A few servers I've played in during the past have had the anti-block mod installed, which basically creates no block scenarios. If at all possible, I'd like to see it installed on at least the gun game server, as it's not cool when you're blocked.

Anyways, back to gun game. Feel free to add any comments about the situation.

yeah thatd be nice if you could shove people outta the way lol, like the door to main hall for the t's... that pisses me off every once in a while.

In Soviet Russia those blockers would have been sent to Siberia to count trees by now.

But since we do not have such liberties here, I'd like to try this. Looks like it could work. Could lead to some noobs pushing people everywhere, but that is better IMO than noobs blocking people everywhere.

I don't think the mod enables you to shove people. You just go right through them, no-clip style. That's what I gather from the original poster anyway.

if you go no-clip then alot of people can stand in one spot and just own...that sounds nice.

Yeah, it just sets everyone into a semi-no-clip mode, where they can only pass through other players. If they want to tower, they can type '!block' in chat so allow some solidity. If needed, I can find a link to the mod and post it here, either in an edited version of this post or another (pending responses). Surf servers use this constantly to prevent someone interfering with a good 'surf', but I'd like to see it used since a lot of the maps in the rotation for the gun game server are small and get horribly cluttered when there's a (just about) full server.

Lol f*ck that, I remember in RTCW there was a mod where you binded a key to do a "+shove" cvar, it was amazingly sexy, I loved that mod... it was with BaniMod for RTCW if im not mistaken, should have somebody look into this, Because Id love it :P

Yeah don't know about RTCW.. but RTCW:ET had it with Shrub mod I think...

I think that the blocking is funny as hell. Sure I get blocked a lot, but I block other people just as much. Its just part of the game IMO. I think its funny how people always b*tch and call people noobs for blocking.

Someones in my way so they must be a noob because if they werent theyd read my mind and know exactly where I was going and get the f*ck outta my way cuz they know im better than them.

If theres such a mod that will make for a little bit of skill to use this ability it might be cool. Just pushing everyone around would be gay cuz itd f*ck up your aim.
