shadow man, i try to join the boss server and i get [temp] your version does not match the servers, please restart the game. its not just the boss servers but some others too. do u know what the problem could be. im sad now cs wont work :( please help me man.

I've been getting the same thing. Haven't been able to get on all night. Some servers work. BoSS servers do not.

I think it just needs a restart. It's because they released a patch. The server is officially running a different version of CS:S than we are...

you know whats really funny about it though?
I patched my game last night (Client Side) and BOTH the servers were full after i re-launched them =P
But I do not know... I remember it went from version 22... to version 23.... and now its going to 24 or somethin... weird
