So I picked up a Wii and Twilight Princess Sunday, and after a quick and easy set up of the system, I popped in Zelda. I'll just make it really simple and say that the game is absolutely amazing! The only other Zelda games in the series that are equal or slightly better than Twilight Princess are Ocarina of Time, and A Link to the Past. Other than that, it blows all other Zelda games out of the water. The graphics look excellent, (as long as you aren't comparing the the 360 or PS3) and have a very artistic and vibrant feel to them, the controls work like a dream, with the only problem being that it's a little hard to do a shield bash until you get used to it, because it will sometimes perform a spin attack instead, and the Link in this game has more personality and character than all of the other Links' combined. His animations and actions convey so much depth that it really doesn't matter that he doesn't talk. The storyline is also superb, and overall it is just an amazing game. From the horseback combat, to the awesome hidden sword moves, to the incredible dungeon layout, and even the new items, this game is the sh*t. This game is reason enough alone to pick up a Wii, (Or waiting til the gamecube version comes out, if you must) even though there are a ton of great launch titles for it, including Rayman or Red Steel if you're into multiplayer, and of course Wii Sports. In short, if you are a Zelda fan, you are doing yourself an injustice if you miss out on this game. Pick it up NAO!
