So, i installed a new copy of Windows, therefor i didnt have the Multitheme pather. So i went and downloaded it. Install and everything seemed normal. So i restarted as it asked and when i came back to my desktop i tried to acces Firefox to get some new themes, but it crashed. I didnt think to much of it, so then i tried to open up my documents and it said "Explorer.exe cannot run" or something like that.
I cant Re-install windows again becuse it keeps wanting me to restart, so im on my back-up drive AkA linux.
But if anyone has anything to help me fix it i would truly be greatful.

do a repair install. Linkage Reinstall windows without messing with any of the files on the hard drive other than windows. If that dosent work, do a full format/install the whole deal. What program are you trying to install anyway?

I cant run the windows install disk for some reason.
