[Iceman]

I placed the vtf and vmt files into:
1) C:\Program Files\Valve\HLServer\cstrike\materials\vgui\logos
2) C:\Program Files\Valve\HLServer\cstrike
3) C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\{user}\counter-strike source\cstrike
4) C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\{user}\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos

Then I tried to import it, and got this when I hit apply:

--- Missing Vgui material vgui/resource/icon_newfolder
couldn't exec userconfig.cfg
Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/config.cfg

Whenever I try to change my spray, it gives me this error:

couldn't exec userconfig.cfg
Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/config.cfg

The spray that I tried to import does not work. Any ideas?
