On server #1 theres a cheater by the name of "teh_ownerer", I spectated him for a while and he seemed to know where everyone was. For a cheater his score is fairly low because he's a "noob". Here is his steam ID
STEAM_0:0:3265554. Once again there is no active admin.

I can confirm this guy was a walling fucker, here is one example that stood out greatly while I watched him for 10 rounds...

He was on CT, rushed long hall after almost everyone was dead and a few people remained, he starts prefiring, turns the corner a bit near the T spawn, and shoots a guy, instant headshot, He said he *saw* the guy, which is bullshit because I didn't see a thing, the guy was crouched behind the couch and waiting for somebody, you cannot really see somebody *waiting* at the spawn behind a couch very well.

so I banned the guy and called it a day.

I saw him yesterday. Prefired majorly. But I spec'd him later and saw nothing out of the ordinary so I didn't do anything.
I'll look better next time.
