Here.

It basically adds some new features and brings back the V2-ish flat UI.

Welcome to Steam V4. Hopefully it won't suck as much as V3. Or V2. Or V1.

All the things they mention seem to be good ideas. Lets hope they didn't change anything for the worse.

LOL Steam did find a way to mess up I guess. Its not really all steams fault. The new skin that came with the update dosent like windows skinning programs like object dock and stuff like that. My friend had something like that running and it was giving him some wierd error, so I found some way to disable it and it worked. Theres always somethin with these updates.

I dont know exactly what he had, but I turned off the service for him and steam decided to work fine.

great, now i can't f*ckin even get steam to load onto my old rig w/a p4 3.0ghz. used2 run steam and css fine without a hickup.. pissin me off.
