I'm looking to design a new map. I've tinkered around before but haven't been able to get things the way I want them as far as size proportion goes. I'm a CAD designer so I understand the basics of how it works, but I was wondering if anyknow knows what the units in Hammer are equivelent to. For instance, in AutoCAD, 1 Unit = 1 Inch by default. Is this the case in Hammer as well???
Quick Mapping question

Yes, one unit in HL2 is roughly an inch, according to Valve.
BTW in Hammer you must press [ a lot of times until the "Snap on Grid size:" or whatever says 1. Then zoom in and you can work inch-by-inch.
