I just loaded some new ones couple of days ago.. i usually install skins, play with them for a few weeks.. then uninstall them because i miss the original ones..

I'll post screens of mine up when i get back from taking an exam.. although i didnt get that much this time... but i got AWESOME aug and kreig skins..

Can you customize it so the guns look like that to you all the time? or is it a mod servers have to run?

you just download the skins, like from www.fpsbanana.com and install them... then you'll always see the skins that you installed

I had a skin like that for the M4 but no Grenade launcher.
I only have a Knive skin and glove skins on CSS, and a weapons pack thats supposed to make the defaults look better, all my favorite skins are in CZ.

I don't even want to use custom skins now cuz of that thing shadow is implementing that makes your skins match the server defaults. Will they work or not?
