I am in need of some technical assistance. One of the computers at work has a virus/Trojan/badthing on it and I dont know how to get the damn thing off.

The thing is called winstall.exe which is apparently part of spysheriff as best I can tell

I have run spy bot search and destroy, adaware, and pc-chillin (I think that is the name) but the damn thing is still there, the programs tell me that it is there but that it cant take it off, which is really f*cking annoying

Please remember anyone who gives a sh*t enough to try and help that I am not a cyborg so I dont speak fluent computer speak so lets keep it simple here (preferably kind of sh*t like here is a link dl this thing and go fix it)

Thanks for the help

Yatzee

Lol..
A comp just needs to be reformatted and then spyware/virus protection software installed to keep it clean..

Or people could educate themselves and not get viruses/spyware in the first f*cking place.
