XFX GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB - $275 via PayPal
This is the 320MB version as opposed to the 640MB version. I haven't seen any benchmarks to prove that there will be a decent difference to warrant the extra $150 for the 640MB version.
For those looking to spend $250-$300 for a video card, this is a smokin' hot deal. Won't last long either.

Everything I've seen is they're the same until you get into higher-res playing (1650x1080ish and higher)
50-100 more for the 640.. :(

im not really a fan of nvidia, have had nothing but bad cases with them, and was never really impressed.
however one of my buddies I used to work with picked up one of the new xfx 8800gts 320 version, and did not realize he needed to seriously upgrade his power supply, so when he bought a new 550watt antec I helped install it for him, so for sh*ts and giiggles after downloading the new drivers, and what not I decided to install my copy of oblivion into it, and installed fear, and GRAW, and I must say, i am damn impressed with that card, he had a cheap gateway 19" moniter that could only do 1280x1024, but all the games played pretty much maxed out and looked gorgous, did I also mention he is only running an amd athlon 3800 and 1gig of memory, it's not really your top of the line rig, as it stands his video card he just bought is about how much his computer is worth, but it played pretty sweet.
just my 2 cents, I really could not get over it.but I am not upgrading to dx10 compliant card until ati finally unleashes their beast...it is only a matter of time....

Eh, I've had nothing but trouble from ATI. I guess they both just suck. :D
BTW: rumor mongering

8900's look about equal to teh ATIs spec-wise... Could be a fun few months coming up!
