Don't use the temp sensor? Hold Delete, go into your BIOS and check out your PC status, theres a FREE temp sensor. Or just uninstall windows.

EDIT: Has the blue screen of death ever reminded you of smurfs? It always reminds me of smurfs, yea, mmmmmm Vodka 7, tarsty.

You don't need that many fans dood. IN fact you are likely ruining the airflow design of your chassis. Your system must run at 120 decibels with all them in there.

Umm the sensor connects straight to the mobo? maybe a short, maybe windows sees it as new hardware it doesn;t understand and you need to do a repair install.

Just dont use the temp sensor, its probably faulty and causing hardware conflict on the MB.

Right click on my computer, hit properties. On the advanced tab, click the Startup and Recovery button. Make sure the Automaticly restart checkbox is unchecked. Click OK, and now try and make the computer blue screen again. Write down anything that it says on that blue screen, or take a pic. That error message that comes up will help figure out what the problem is. What kind of temp sensor is it? Does it plug into the PC somehow? Does it interface with windows or something? most temp sensors just work on their own and dont even bother with windows.
