He most likely sized everything in Photoshop and animated it in ImageReady.

I really, don't like it. It's to big, to many pictures @ 2 FPS. Bogs down the page because of all the animations. Sorry, but aside from that the general idea is nice.

Actually I did everything in photoshop. The gif is only 9 frames. I could of added more but I didnt want it to take to long to load on every post I made on the forum. I figured 9 was enough and any more would just make the pages load longer especially if I had more then one post on a page.
In terms of how many layers it is
Their are 13 tvs you can see (the 13 is acutally behind the character slightly). Then each tv has 1 layer on it so another 13 (total 26), then there is Preston which is 2 layers (total 28), then my name which is 1 (total 29). So times that by 9 and you have 261 layers in about 3-4 hours.
