What could I be talking about? God of War II, of course. Just got the game earlier tonight, played it for about an hour and a half, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the game. I'm not really gonna give a review of it yet, but I will say that if you played the original, or are a fan of action/beat-em-up games, you have to try this one out. I'll post again or edit this post when I'm ready to review the game. Oh, and btw, there is a secret hot tub sex game less than 15 minutes into the game behind a screen. After your first encounter with the Colossus, you are knocked into a pool of water. Get out and look around the pool for two walls with screens on them. Attack the screens until they break, and behind one is two naked chicks who you can play a minigame with, very much like the first game. If you complete the game you get a bunch of bonus red orbs, which is nice. Again, I'll edit this post or make a new one once I'm farther into the game.

I really wish they'd port God of War II to the Xbox 360. I loved the first one but the PS2 is dead.

have to agree with justin.
loved god of war, one of my favorite games EVER. and I really wanna play god of war 2. but I'm thinking about selilng my ps2. I never play it anymore, its over and done with, every game has been played in to the ground from gta to timesplitters. I'm thinkin I'll try and get an xbox 360 soon and if they put god of war 2 on there I'd buy it in a heartbeat

I think that would be pretty awesome too, but if I'm correct, and I might not be, it won't ever happen because the game is licensed by SCEA, meaning Sony's got exclusive rights to the franchise. Even if you guys think the PS2 is dead, and it definitely is dying out, if you still have your PS2 and it's still working, you should still play this one if you're into the genre. Think of it as the PS2 going out with a bang.

I was going to buy the original GoW when it came out but my parents were like 0mg bewbs! but now they think im old enough (after like 1 year wtf?) so I asked my dad to pick it up for me and he comes home with Gow and gow II! im playing gow now and Iam at the part where like you go on this balcony and theres ares like pwning the spartans...man what I dont get is there is a sex mini game right? well why didnt they game flamed out or w/e by the esrb but when rockstar did it OMGWTF LAWSUIT!!!!!

And to Capt. John, people got mad at Rockstar because they didn't tell the ESRB about it, and it was more graphic than the minigame in GoW 1 and 2...In GoW you see no sex, they move the camera.

Im around four hours into the game. The game is amazing. I only wish there were more animated videos, rather than in-game videos.

The sequel does not let down the original. I give them the same grade, as of now - maybe ill have a different opinion once i beat the game.
The game has the exact same engine as the original game, which may be a let down for some one, as we always want something new; however, for me it made no difference, because it felt like i was just continuing God Of War 1.

Just like the 1st game, GoW2 is beautifully made and leaves you wanting for more...
Just like any other great game out there.
Definite hit!
