Hey guys, i just updated my itunes and now my g15 doesnt work well with it. I hit play, and it plays for the time im holding the button and then drops out. Also, if i hit next or previous song, it skips a song and then plays next one. and also volume is messed up becasue it skips a couple of the levels of volume now. If i dont have itunes minimized, g15 works fine. but if itunes is minimized it doesnt work right.

iTunes has to be the single worst piece of software I've ever used. Uninstall that sh*t.

Okay, I've got the G15, too. Get Winamp like Chris posted, because it will play all of your songs, take up a very small amount of resources, and all of your music buttons located on the top of the keyboard work without needing to customize it. The play, volume, next track, last track, and stop button will work right away and you can use any of the other keys as hotkeys once you set them up. Best part is, they're global hotkeys. Winamp FTMFW!

I've been using Winamp for, shit, 7 or 8 years now (since my first P1 133mhz rig) and it's never given me problems.

there's a winamp plugin to deal with ipods. Also lets you get music OFF the ipod (unlike itunes). :D

WMP11 > iTunes. The biggest problem of iTunes is that is a system resource HOG. Alot of games use less resources than that piece of sh*t. On top of that, when it comes to using it with an iPod, it's confusing as hell on how to update and upload music. It's such bad software and the reason why I returned an iPod.
