This is an AWSOME mod for CSS/HL2(Not sure which one, my css came with HL2:DM). One guy is the hidden, while like 7 other guys are the I.R.I.S. force. There job is to kill "the hidden". But the hidden is invisible(you can only see a little distortion when looking at him). The hidden can also: move faster; consume corpses for health; pin corpses to the wall just to screw with people;"pounce" which lets him climb walls or jump uber-far; or throw almost anything.

So to sum it up, its pretty much the best mod ever now download it now.

its a fucking stupid concept, and a horribly designed system, oh and not to mention the community is a bunch of whiny little 12 year olds.

A while back (you know who) had a server for it, and I played my ass off for a bit. I was really good back then, but I've not played in months. It's a pretty fun mod, but is nothing that could replace the games I actively play now. Also, Shadow is right about most of the user base. The children like to scream in high-pitched voices or call you a noob when you kill them as The Hidden.

I'm not quite sure where you guys are playing. I'm not gonna deny it- there are a lot of whiners in this game. But for the most part, the servers can get EERILY silent- no typing, no mikes, no nothing (maybe a little radio spam after taking down the guy). And I have never been called a noob on there, no matter how bad I play. Maybe I'm just playing in the wrong place, but w/e.

That said, the game IS fun. I do wish the Iris could have SOME kind of melee weapon, but since they get the guns and the Hidden doesn't, I'll take what they give. The game is also quite well-balanced between the Iris and the Hidden, and the levels, if not ground-shakingly inventive, are at the very least fun to play. My computer has some issues with a few of the servers, but then again, we're talking about MY computer here, and it has issues with the world.

Overall, not the best mod out there, but a pretty fun one to play. As is yelling "JIHAD" over the mike when you chuck a pipebomb.

also, i think the hidden would be sweet if all the glitches were fixed, last time i played the "pig sticker" didnt work. but i love the idea of sneaking around 1 vs all.

It was kinda retarded... it was glitchy i couldn't choose my character. Not to mention there is only like 8 servers for it... uninstalled...
