Well, since I can't play counterstrike anymore because of some apparent f*ckup on valves update, or my ISP just deciding to make all counterstrike player's lives miserable..... and the forums have been dead lately, I decided to table my life's recent events... starting with my newest purchase:



What kind of shoes do you wear?


I may sound like a girl for this, but I'm picky as hell about what kind of shoes I wear (treat your feet, if you will). I wore out my old pair, and spent 2 weeks driving around the city, browsing obscure specialty shops trying to find a pair that fits me. There are a few things that I wanted:

- They have to be nice looking
- They have to be laceless (I'm lazy... lol)
- They have to be waterproof (Snow up here is redonkulous, so wet shoes / socks is gay)
- They have to fit my size 13 feet
- They must be durable, I only buy shoes about once per year, and wear them for everything


So I found these
Blundstone (Australia)

Comfortable as hell, and they resist everything from biological buildup (blood, food, etc) to water.

What do you wear?

We'll since its march for the next six months I'll be wearing these most of the time. They never get dirty and I don't have to wear socks.

This sh*t isn't girly, hahaha. I have about 17 pairs of shoes, not counting flipflops.

I think the current listing is:

8pr of Doc's
7pr of Puma's (2 I had made)
1pr of Adidas
1pr of Asic's wrestling shoes I use at the gym sometimes.

Oh yeah, 2pr of Redwing workboots.

It's now 11:45, so that's like 1:45 (EDIT: EAST COAST).... so what are you doing at work (browsing the boss forums)?

I work 8PM - 5AM Monday - Friday Night...and yeah, I do spend a fair bit of time on the forums. It's good to have people work for ya.

1 pair of Adidas Samba Milleniums (sweet! I treat these like my car)
1 black pair of Nunn Bush semi-dress shoes (from formals to the club)
1 brown pair of Nunn Bush dress shoes
1 black pair of Nunn Bush wingtip dress shoes (don't get worn much)
2 pairs of flip flops (one brown, one black)
1 pair of Puma Kings (best pair of soccer cleats I've ever owned)

i own 3 pair of shoes, a pair of nikes from the mid 90s, some boots from same period, and flipflops which i actually wear (as shown above in funks pic) ;)

I always wear the same shoes- winter, summer, school, church, beach, you can't beat my sneaker/tennis shoe hybrids. Don't know what brand, don't care, but they're black leather, perfect formal or casual wear.

If it is an extremely classy occasion, I have a nice pair of Birkenstocks, but my tennies are usually suitable.

Yeah, yeah...just remember you've got twice the amount of shoes I have, pansy boy. And no they're not Rainbows. I'm not about to drop $50 for a pair of flip flops. And if you try and step to me in one of your many pairs of Docs or Pumas, I'll take off my flip flops and beat your ass with em like a ninja...and then I'll take your shoes...and your belt if they match .

Justin Boots steel toe (most comfortable boot ever, just really old ~160)
Wolverine (peices of sh*t insides wore out and rub your ankle raw)
generic UGA sandal (reefs blew out on Broad St. in athens and had to buy these at a campus bookstore ~40)
New balance 1450 neon green (nice runnin shoe ~130)
