Now, besides the fact that I'll get lamed for playing GW, I need an opinion on WTF is going on here.
Of all the games my computer can handle, Guild Wars should be the one with the least problems, right? Well it's the ONLY game I run on the computer that is glitching up graphically:

1) The Water, when I get closer it f*cks up, that glitch is obvious.
2) The green "bomb" thing there, when it's not selected it looks fine, but when it is selected, that is NOT supposed to be what's happening.

Currently I am using an nVidia GeForce FX 5900 AGP 128mg, but I don't really think the card is the problem, because absolutely no other game I play has any graphical problems (besides looking like poo on low quality  )

hmm... screw around with your settings a bit, could have to do with detail levels etc... if not, reinstall the game, it's a pain I know but that should fix any fucked textures you may have. Actually before you try that make sure your drivers for your video card are up to date.

Oh, and You're still in Noobworld?! lawl0rskaters. :P
Actually I haven't played for months myself.

1) Checked ALL settings possible, every resolution, detail setting, etc..
2) Reinstalled the game countless times, this glitch has been around for over a year, when I first got the game.
3) Drivers are up to date, even went through the deleting old ones then reinstalling after reboot, etc..
4) Started a new char just to show that glitch, there are a few more spots where it happens, just that place was the most vivid memory in my mind, so I went right there.

Who actually made the video card?

For example BFG, XFX, EVGA, and so on.

I think I found the solution:
http://www.plaync.co...12.html?prod=48

I'll test it and see if it works. I believe I've already tried this though, nonetheless it won't hurt to do it again.

::EDIT::
Didn't work.

Oh it's only in certain spots? Yeah that happens to me too. Think most people have that in one place or another in the world of GW... I thought it was all over the place (like all water or something). Just ignore it.

I agree. Have had several of those little glitches in the past when I frequented GW. Which chapters do you own?
