ok, so I have been wanting to acquire my class A license for awhile now, but now gun control has gone to far.
The Chief of police here in worcester has decided to no longer issue Class A's to new applicants, even after they have completed the courses required.
this also comes after he decided not to renew the licenses, this is total bullsh*t, and he should not have the right to make a judgement like this.
so like billy said in another post, now only Cops and Criminals will have guns, god help us all.
Gun control is no longer a viable solution, our gun laws here in mass are some of the most strict in the country(from what i have been told),yet the more control they put on it, the more shooting deaths seem to accumulate.
and also the Worcester police chief is trying to have a ban placed on all shooting ranges(this stems from a woman commiting suicide with a rented gun back in feb), stating no matter what you need a license to carry to rent and fire guns within the property...how f*cking dumb is he stating they will no longer issue new or renew the fire arm licenses and placing that ban...I need to get the f*ck out of this state, and soon.more goddamn criminals and ignorant polotitions infest this state every month...f*ck this.
no matter what I will be pissed by this injustice...sure the NRA is starting to act against them, but who knows how long until this dick head will either learn what he is doing is wrong, or gets kicked out.

I'm about 200 miles from you and in vermont.. guns everyone can own them.The funny thing is there no crimes around here with guns cause everyone knows everyone's packing!!

so i take it a class a license is a CC permit. if so it may be a hard battle, especially with your location. if he is attemping to prevent ppl from buying or owning guns, just hang tight it won't last long. I was going to say you need to become a member of the NRA and shoot them an e-mail, but it seems that someone has already done it. I would say sit back and wait. unless you just want to move to the south. :)

ah, yes billy a class A high capacity(there are various versions, but the class A high capacity is the legal license to carry, and conceal any pistol/handgun that holds 5+1 rounds of ammo)oh, and it also acts as a license to buy shotguns/rifles.
and for the record I plan on moving south, away from the snow after my gf is done with school, we are think either georgia, one of the caroliners, and sh*t even texas(I have lots of friends and family down there).

Houston is like 4-5 hours away by car from where I live. It's not too bad of a drive if you have family in east Texas.
Move while real estate is still cheap here!
