Ok I wanna bbuild new comp. $1000 bucks is my max.
Hard Drive Samsug 200 Gigs
MotherBoard Looking at Asus
CPU Looking at Intel
Graphics card PCI express Looking at Nvidia
Ram Kingston
Version Of windows XP f*ck vista.
Plus Cheap Case.
Anyone have any deep info for me. While I also go looking around.

My computer right now is
Processor: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.20GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2046MB RAM
Hard Drive: 80 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT
Monitor: LG FLATRON L1910S
Sound Card: SB Live! 24-bit External
Speakers/Headphones: 5.1 Speakers
Keyboard: N52 Pad
Mouse: Mouse


This one I built on my own it was fun. Wanna do it again. I just need little direction.

- don't cheap out on your case, you'll regret it
- you forgot a psu, also don't cheap out on that.
- don't narrow your ram choices to just kingston. there's a lot of better ram out there for better prices
- same w/mobo's, don't narrow yourself to one brand. just see the different options out there for your price range.
- i'd suggest an e6300 or e6400 intel processor for your upgrade.

do NOT get kingston, shittiest memory ever, go with Corsair or OCZ.

I have both OCZ and Kingston in my current setup 2 gigs, I don't really see the problem since I don't overclock or tweak I just keep stock setting everything runs good. I just wanna get my fps from the 25-50 i get now to 75-100. Hope fully I can get his done.

I was thinking of the e6300 from new egg, but i do have like two more weeks until my tax return comes back hehe so I have time to look around. This is what I came upwith so far!

Don't get the thermaltake psu. Get corsair 620 model, thing is f*cking great.
