I once found a video of the machine that "deals" with the male chicks at the factory. That one was a lot more bloody.
For those who may not know, all the males get ground into a nice little slurry and fed to farm animals.

They just get their wings clipped, plus they aren't very good at flying. They can like fly over fences and trees and sh*t but thats about it.
