Hey, I'm Matt, I go by Flip in game. I'm 20 and live near Chicago. Came across your server in CS:S by some friends I know that play there often. The Boss members I played with in-game seemed pretty cool so I figured I'd check out your site. I play css as well as a lot of Call of Duty. See ya guys around.
