This is a program in which you can overclock your cpu and other hardware in your system. It also warns about temp in the system even though you may have a temp sens in your pc, but it's worth checking it out. I try it myself even though you have to open up your system and look for the pll value for the mainboard you had(which was a pain in the ass to find). But if you dont know what you doing and f*ck something up, your screwed.

the software is free, but to save the current setting so that when you open it up again you dont have do everything all over again isn't free, so for that you have register for program in order to save the settings....

The bios is easier, and your settings stick all the time. Not to mention that its free. And if you want to say that you can now overclock a board that dosent have any settings in the bios, well if you dont have the settings in the bios you probably shouldnt be overclocking anyway.
