Ok so I'm playing Scarface and the power goes out. So when it comes back on, I hear a loud noise in my computer. So I turn it back off. I open the case and check to make sure the fans are free of dust and can move. I turn it back on and look at my CPU/MB temps. Normal. Graphics card temps. Normal. Everything seems fine, but there's this noise.
Any ideas?

Hard drive? PSU Fans? Unplug or stop one fan at a time for a very short period, see if the noise goes away. The only stuff inside your computer that should make noise is your hard drive and your fans.

stick a pencil in one fan, see if the noise stops....... if so, replace. if not, move on to the next fan. you will find out what it is pretty quick

Ah, nvm, it was a case fan. I don't know why but whenever the power goes out and the computer gets shut off like that, on startup, it makes a louder-than-usual noise. But when shutdown/started-up properly, it's fine.
