So after hacking a little in 1.6 and getting banned I learned my lesson. Haven't touched them since. I know what hacks look like, I know the tricks to them and just about everything you can think of. This guy by the name of CashMoneyMafia was in Dust2 about 9:30-10pm central. This is prolly one of the better hackers in source that I've seen in regards to making it less obvious. But still to obvious for me so after some sketchy shots I spec'd him, then did a demo. Whoever wants to see it, I'll send it to you. In round #1 he toggles on the 2nd shot and kills the kid in long double doors. In the 2nd round he toggles his first shot picking mid, which you can clearly tell shakes, then his 2nd shot he toggles on long double doors again. His 3rd shot he toggles I think he toggled off but still hit the CT comming from long double doors, then his 4th shot towards the ct on catwalk was toggled off too.

sry for the spam... but can someone inform me on the difference between the digits in steam id's is?

people are somehow able to tell things from these which i dont understand apparently...

The longer the Steam ID the newer the account is I think.

Yeah the longer the id the newer the account. Lowest is 4> I think and the highest 8. I've seen low digit 5's easily go for $150+

Anyone that pays more than $20 for CSS is a nub idiot. Who cares how old the steam account is? Buying one to make it look like you've been playing a long time is status: lame as hell.

lol you may not like him but hes still better than any other player I've ever played with.

Whoever said a 4 dig is the lowest steam id you are mistaken sir, they go all the way down.

but anyway yea it is a bit lame that people purchase/sell accounts just based on the fact that the steam id is a certain number but thats just how this game is. The competitive CS:S community base a lot off of how low your account is.

Why doesn't the competitive CSS community just watch a player and see how good they are rather than judging them by the number of digits in their steam ID? I still think it's one of the queerest things i've heard in a while.
