I've been listening to Viking black metal and folk metal....
There really is not much in the way of death / viking... Amon Amarth and Unleashed are the only ones I know of.
But if you want good, heavy death metal; Dismember, Vomitory, Unleashed, Bloodbath and Nasum should keep you busy for a while.
