This new show on HBO. Sunday 9pm spot....

its awesome. So f*ckin bizzare once you see it you'll see what I mean.

Basically it's a family of famous surfers, father, son, grandson etc. And they are dysfunctional as shlt.
They live in a beach town in south Cali and all this weird, almost supernatural sh*t starts happening when this guy John (who first appears Autistic or something) comes to town and gets kinda thrown into the family's f*cked up circle.

There's alot more going on then what I can simply type....but omg the show is so weird and awesome!!!

Saw the first few episodes, seemed kinda weird... I dunno whether I like it or hate it. it's different, thats for sure though.

i felt the same way shadow. Confused about the first couple episodes but i just have to keep watching it. Something about the show is very different and intriguing. Keeps me coming back for more.

eh dunno about this show, I watched the first two episodes and didn't like it that much... ya it has the unique factor going for it, but I hate TV shows that really don't tell you anything about the characters... which sounds weird, but I don't mean I hate shows that aren't predictable just I'd like to know whats going on. All i know about this show is there's this guy John... who can talk without people noticing it, and run over events without being there or something, it's too weird... it's the same outlook I had on Lost, it wasn't a bad show, just too much show with not enough information, just talking and talking and stuff happening but never knowing wtf actually happened or whats going on until like 2 seasons after it happened. The only two premium channel shows I was are Entourage and Dexter (probably the 2 best shows on TV as well) I'll probably stick with those for now =P
