Hey guys , today at the dust2 server was hacker xD, I came to the office server and there was admin ... i told him that and he just ignore me .. can u put there Votekick or Voteban ??

Cuz there is never admin on =( and thats so hard to play with hackers when admins ignoring u

Personally, I don't think voteban is needed--that power should (in my opinion) rest with the admins. Votekick, on the other hand, could be very handy. Obviously, there's the potential for abuse with people votekicking for the hell of it, but I don't think it would hurt to give it a trial run. It would certainly help when there's a hacker in the server and no admins on any servers or Vent.

I do know that this issue has been brought up before, but I'm not sure what the verdict was.

Edit: After browsing around this particular forum some more, I see that votekick was decided against. After reading some of the arguments against it, I've changed my mind. Kicked users could come right back, and the only other use (kicking AFK and specs) isn't exactly a priority.

You were never around for the days with M-tech when the servers would go down and we would find servers that had vote-ban and vote-kick and take over the server for the entire time, banning anyone who entered. Man that was fun!

Oh yeah which is why it will never be on the BoSS servers.

Votekick is pointless because the person can come right back.

Well, now that you are a member of the forums, you can always post a thread with the hackers Steam ID on it, and if an admin is around at the time, they will come in and ban him, or if we miss them, the gods can always ban them later on. Also, get a mic and get in vent so you can ask an admin there to ban someone. You could go into one of the other servers and ask if theres an admin around. Make friends with some of the admins and add them to your steam friends list and send them a message. There are plenty of ways to get in touch with people. There may not be an admin on your particular server, but theres usually plenty around.

hmm ..dude .i check OFFICE server and admins were there ..I told them bout hacker , but they ignored me =(
