Ok, give us your opinions on what you believe are the most overrated and underrated movies.

Overrated:
Lord of the Rings!! (all of them)
Any movie Jason Statham has ever been in
Harry Potter (Including the books)
Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl (Not a bad movie, but I didn't think it was even the best in the series)
The Godfather Part 2 (Good movie, but not a GREAT movie)
The Departed (Also not bad, but it's really not as epic as people make it out to be)
The Illusionist

Casino(goodfellas remake, they even got the same fukin characters, just redrew the dice on the plot, not that its a bad movie, just a total ripoff a classic yet it gets the same acclaim)
The Illusionist(if you think about it for more than two second the ending fuks up the whole movie so bad that it makes absolutely no sense at all.)
Spielberg(hes fukin most ordinary director ever, there is nothing special about him. He just does everything 'by the book' and doesnt take much chances and isnt very creative, he just doesnt fuk up great scripts, and thats his only call to fame. Fuk Spielberg, long live Kubric!)

Do you know wtf underrated means? it means its not rated high enough, and for a movie that many consider the greatest film ever, i think its hard (or fukin imposible) to say that its underrated. Underrated doesnt mean what movies you like, it means what movies are liked less than they should be. No movie is held higher(overall) that citizen kane, the movie can not be underrated at all.

Yeah I think it was a funny movie, but still overrated. ( its not a good movie/bad movie thread its overrated/underrated)
