So I remember seeing a video long ago of a LAN party. It was in some dudes basement and everyone was using glass tables. Hooked up to these tables was cathodes on 3 sides which would make the entire table glow. Does anyone know out of experience if there is some way to do this without having to modify the wiring?

Get cathodes that come with an AC/DC comverter or a 12v powersupply and use the ones made for PCs........
Not rocket science.

Yeah they dont pull a ton of power so if you have a semi old one lying around with no use, you can wire that one up for it. I actually have one or 2 around here I could part with...
EDIT: and yes use the cheap cathodes from PC's, depending on how big the table is, you probably dont need to many, and they are pretty cheap anyways
