I can't believe she was whining that she had to tip on a $160+ bill. And even at that, she only left like six dollars. What the hell is she complaining about?

15% gratuity. Everyone usually pays tips. And of course you have to play the race card.

I almost feel weird saying this but I kind of agree with her. I mean tips are an extra thing, a courtesy that the customer provides their server with that is beyond the norm. She did leave a tip but even if she didnt that shouldn't give anyone the right to chase them down and say something about it. I'd be pissed if someone chased me down too.

It's more about her reaction IMO. Playing the race card, and also, if you only have 174 dollars on you, common sense says don't spend 168. Why would you risk going over that 174 anyways? What would have happened if she didn't have enough money?
Bottom line, respect and courtesy say she should have tipped more, even if you don't believe in tipping, there should ALWAYS be something for the waiter/waitress that reflects their efforts as they ARE getting paid less than minimum wage because the RESTAURANTS do assume that they are getting tips.

^That's the comment I left on the video. I think chasing after someone for not tipping high enough is way over the top, but I f*cking hate it when !@#$%^&s pull the race card.can't stand that sh*t.

No your absolutly right about tipping, and I didn't get far enough in the video to hear her mention the race thing but I don't agree with that either.
Just saying I agree just a we bit

Honestly, if the restaurant had the proper information posted at the front of the building, they could avoid customers like that.
