ever hear of the right to free speech?????
tazer = law suit
the right to free speech does not include the right to disrupt public forums, slander or say, "no," to security.

Kerry didn't even notice it going on supposedly. How full of yourself do you have to be to not notice a guy screaming in the back row?
uh... did you watch it? he started off on the soap box and was dragged to the back row. kerry did the right thing by trying to continue the q&a. what was he going to say to him? "way to go, dipsh*t?"
during an after the fact interview:
Kerry, D-Mass., said Tuesday he regretted that a healthy discussion was interrupted, and said he never had a dialogue end that way in 37 years of public appearances.
"Whatever happened, the police had a reason, had made their decision that there was something they needed to do. Then it's a law enforcement issue, not mine," he told The Associated Press in Washington.

IMO, if i was a cop, I would never carry non-lethal devices. They should have just cracked his ass in the jaw with a baton then at least he wouldn't have a video of himself on the net screaming like somone getting broomraped. Then everyone could be like "no, all the video proves is that you can take hit like a champ McLovin"

Watching it again I've concluded that guy is a total b*tch. A few years ago my cousin picked up a stun gun similar to this one. Since I have a mildy sick enjoyment of pain and a general curiosity of how much I can take, I got him to hit me with it 4 or 5 times. Basically holding it on me for 2 seconds at first than increasing it a couple seconds for the following hits. Around the 5 second mark my legs would go out, around the 9 second mark I pissed myself...but i didn't scream like a woman.

lolz. +1.
i was watching the news and a local man was suing whatever police department due to the fact that "they tazered him and he caught fire." (while he was trying to stab his wife, after cutting himself repeatedly.) rest assured, that man is lucky we're not in the '80s as he would have been dropped by multiple .38 slugs. honestly, the problem isn't the "brutality" but the amount of survivors.
america can't function with natural selection being so blatantly overran like this.
