Hey guys, I felt like contributing today. I don't know if someone has made this yet, but here goes:

GENERAL console commands

***note where a number value 0 is used; For a toggle application, 1is on, 0 is off. For a scale (such as volume or time) values can be larger than 1, but I have not determined max for each value in each command***

1.) violence_ablood 0 = Turns blood off or on. 1 is on, 0 is off.

2.) users = lists all players with their corresponding userid's (#'s generated by server) and uniqueid's (id # unique per cd key and assigned by WON) - **Version 3.0.1.3/4.0.1.3+ only

3.) unbindall = removes all key binds

4.) unbind <key> = removes binding to key <key>

5.) tracergreen 0.800 = sets tracer bullet green component

6.) tracerblue 0.400 = sets tracer bullet blue component

7.) thirdperson = enables third-person view

8.) stopsound = stops playing the current sound

9.) soundlist = displays a list of all loaded sounds

10.) slist = searches for local servers

11.) sizeup = increases size but lowers FPS

12.) sizedown = decreases size while increasing FPS

13.) showram 0 = Toggles and shows available RAM during gameplay

14.) scr_printspeed 7 = sets the screen message print speed

15.) scr_ofsz 0 = sets the screen message offset

16.) s_doppler 0.0 = adjusts the doppler - * 1 is 'on', 0 is 'off', range from 0 to 10, and is very sensitive

17.) record <filename> = begins to record a demo and saves it to Half-Life\Valve\<filename>.dem

18.) quit = Quits entire game immediately without a confirmation message

19.) netusage 0 = toggles a network usage graph - * 1 is 'on', 0 is 'off'

20.) motd = displays the Message Of The Day from the server's motd.txt file

21.) kill = Command suicides player so he can respawn next round. Takes 1 kill away and adds a death to TAB list.

22.) hud_saytext_time 5 = sets how long chat messages remain onscreen

23.) BindToggle = Creates a "bind toggle" for specific commands (Ex. BindToggle "key" "command")

24.)

DEMO Commands

1.) stopdemo = stop the playing of a demo

2.) stop = stops the recording of a demo

3.) snapshot = takes a screenshot

4.) screenshot = captures the screen and saves it in the Half-Life/Valve directory

5.) record = Starts to record a demo

The full list I found has many exploitable items on it, so I will not post a link, and I tried to add stuff that is useful or fun, but isn't an exploit. If I missed good stuff, PM me and I will add later.

Farva out.

I figured it is just as easily googled, but that wastes about 30 seconds of your life :>.<:

Also, The google I got had an explanation on how to exploit and what commands to activate cheats; etc..... And I figured that wouldn't be a good idea to post as well.

It doesn't matter, console cheat commands (and a lot of the ones you posted) are prevented by sv_cheats 0

I like how none of these commands are ever actually used, quite worthless.

Some people may actually use them, and some are fun to play around with. The memory clear actually helped me out yesterday on the Dust 2 server, so some are useable for everyday playing. Others still, allow each individual player an opportunity to fine tune things such as how long dialogue stays up, net graphs to check on usage, etc...

So in turn, I say they are useful for those interested to use them. I've used about 5 already, and they just add to a personalization to the game that otherwise some may not have found (Or even know could occurr). Heck, I only knew a handful of the 100+ that I found, so I learned some new tricks personally.

This actually all spawned from me forgetting the basics to demo records :dork:

+1.

and under demo commands, the only useful ones are

record <demoname>
demoui (which brings up a play, pause fastforward slow menu which makes all of those other demo commands useless.

is there an admin command to unbind all the keys of another player? i'd love to do that to an aimbotter before smacking them with a ban.
