I just want to say that the last time people did organized recruiting on our servers they were all swiftly banned, and never heard from again (aside from causing some drama on the forums right after the fact). Mind you these were all forum regulars.
Consider yourselves lucky, that you stopped when you did. All parties involved.

I always took the Saget kids to just be a little clique in the office server. I had no problem with them (sans the mic spamming at times), they always played on the same team (PLAYING as a team no less) and generally made the servers more fun.

i forgot about that.....i joined a bit, with them. Didn't really do much. Made me realize how well BoSS runs....this type of stuff always leads to drama.
